Career Coaching is a structured process which enables clients to identify where they want to move to next and how best to get there.
Using a blend of coaching skills, diagnostic questionnaires, reflective activities, feedback & even interview skills training, Fiona supports clients on that journey.

Management Skills Support

our Approach

One-to-one support with people management is a powerful alternative to group workshops, particularly when specific skills gaps and goals have already been identified. It provides privacy and a safe space to try out skills and techniques and receive feedback.


Fiona offers a blended approach of coaching, guided skills practice, feedback and mentoring. Coaching typically runs over a 3-6 month period to ensure integration of learning.

Over a 3-6 month period, Fiona helps clients to focus on live issues and work towards  their personal communication goals. Clients are supported through a blend of feedback, coaching skills and exercises.
